*Le Data Analyst est l’un des métiers né grâce au Big Data. Avec l’essor des réseaux sociaux, du e-commerce et de l’internet des objets, les entreprises de toutes les industries possèdent désormais d’immenses quantités de données. Ces données peuvent être liées à leurs clients, à leurs produits, à leurs propres performances ou encore au marché dans son ensemble et à la concurrence.

En analysant ces données brutes, il est possible de dégager des informations très utiles pour appuyer la prise de décision et prendre un avantage compétitif. Cependant, l’analyse de données nécessite une expertise et des compétences. C’est là qu’intervient ce métier.

Having a systematic high level of call quality is vital for Aircall’s success. Quality issues are complex since they can arise from anywhere in the value chain: the headset of the caller/recipient, the computer of the caller/recipient, the network, the call carrier…

We are looking for someone to dig into our data to better understand and improve the call quality.

Your mission @ Aircall!

Lead research to advance the call quality understanding with experts’ supervision: explore data autonomously and highlight recurring patterns for the team to implement solutions

Develop models to synthetize call quality evaluation

Build data pipelines to collect data from our partners’ APIs

Implement new Looker reports to ensure call quality monitoring is available at the right granularity

Propose alerting to ensure reactivity when Aircall’s clients are experiencing call quality issues

Collaborate with the data team to ensure best practices adoption in the analyses, data architecture… to constantly improve the data stack and analysts’ productivity

A little about you

2+ years of analytical work experience in an analytical position (Consultant, Analyst…)
Strong SQL experience in querying large, complex datasets
Comfortable with Python for data analysis
Data-driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
Great interpersonal skills, enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
