International Marketing Coordinator – Shopopop – Nantes

Shopopop est un des leaders français de la logistique du dernier kilomètre. La société développe une solution de livraison simple et collaborative, qui offre la possibilité d’optimiser ses ressources (temps, émission de CO2 et argent).

Des particuliers – aussi appelés “Shoppers” – profitent de leurs trajets réguliers pour récupérer une commande en magasin et la livrer à domicile (courses alimentaires, bouquets de fleurs, bouteilles de vin…), en échange d’un pourboire.

La société va recruter plus de 40 personnes en 2021 et renforce son équipe Marketing pour atteindre ses objectifs à l’international. Il s’agit donc d’une très belle opportunité de travailler dans une société qui contribue à la baisse des émissions de CO2 et à l’amélioration des conditions de vie tout en évoluant dans un environnement stimulant. Le poste basé à Nantes est à pourvoir immédiatement !

Job description

We are the leading player in France for collaborative, last-mile, peer-to-peer delivery.

Founded in 2016 Shopopop is a platform-based service aiming to connect private individuals who want to make side-money by delivering products (Shoppers) with Retailers that want to reach their customers in a fast and flexible way.

We mainly, but not exclusevly, operate in the Grocery-supermarket industry, where we currently collaborate with more than 1200 retail stores serving over 500k customers.

Shopopop is now growing abroad, already available in Italy, Portugal and Belgium and more to come.

Tasks

As Shopopop expends abroad, we are looking for someone hands on to coordinate marketing team abroad, after an introduction to the tools and teams, your mission will be:
– Back up local marketing teams helping them achieving their targets
– Document do’s and don’t in our knowledge database: « the playbook »
– Master the basic processes and good use of our tools to train teams in new countries
– Define your KPI and share them to the team
– Follow product adaptation to local market (translations, technical adaptation)
– Organize gatherings of all the marketing teams to define main tasks for the next period

On a daily base, you will work closely with the local marketing teams and country managers.
You will report directly to the CEO and you will find support with our CMO.

Profile

You have at least a 2 years of experience (full time) in marketing, with good overview of all the marketing technics, from acquisition to loyalty
You are willing to travel and work in a multi cultural environnement
You are curious about new marketing tools (CRM, emailing, prospection, connectors…)
You are really hands on and solution finder.

You speak English

Beyond knowing about doing stuff you are a nice person to work with, willing to tackle challenges in a fast growing environment.
